Return & Exchange Policy

At Zareen Collection, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our Return & Exchange Policy below.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the return shipping charges. We recommend using a reliable courier or postal service and obtaining proof of shipment until your parcel has been successfully received by our warehouse.


Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

1. Return Timeframe

Items must be returned within 4 to 7 days from the date of delivery, including transit time to our warehouse.

To qualify for a return or exchange, items must:

  • Be unused and unwashed
  • Have all original tags attached
  • Be in original condition

Items showing signs of wear, stains, perfumes, odors, or damage will not be accepted and may be returned back to the customer.


2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Undergarments
  • Socks
  • Sale or clearance items

3. Size Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, please clearly mention your required size when contacting our support team.


4. Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact our customer support team at:

Please provide:

  • Your order details
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the fault (if applicable)

In some cases, returning the item may not be necessary, and each claim will be reviewed individually.


5. Fault Claims Period

All faulty item claims must be reported within 4 to 7 days of receiving your order. Claims made after this period may be considered normal wear and tear and could be declined.


6. Responsibility for Returned Parcels

Returned items remain the customer’s responsibility until they are safely received and processed by our warehouse.


7. Processing of Returns

Once your parcel is received and inspected, our team will notify you regarding the approval, exchange, or rejection of your request.

Please allow 2–4 working days for return processing.


8. Exchange Shipping Method

Exchange orders are dispatched through standard delivery service only and are not eligible for express shipping.


9. Exchange Value Policy

Exchanges can only be made up to the original value of the purchased item.


10. Exchange Charges

An additional PKR 250 exchange fee will apply on all exchanges during regular and sale periods.


11. Non-Refundable Charges

Shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable.


12. Product Availability

While we aim to replace items with the same product, availability cannot always be guaranteed. If the requested item is unavailable, Zareen Collection reserves the right to:

  • Issue a refund, or
  • Provide store credit equal to the original purchase value

All returned items must meet our return inspection criteria before approval.


13. Policy Rights

Zareen Collection reserves the right to reject returns or exchanges that do not comply with our policy. Any rejected items will be returned to the customer in the same condition they were received.
