Domestic Shipping (Pakistan)
Free Shipping
We offer Free Shipping on all orders above PKR 10,000.
Standard Shipping Charges
A flat shipping fee of PKR 250 will be charged on orders below PKR 10,000.
Order Processing
- Orders placed before 9:00 AM will usually be processed the same day.
- Orders received after 9:00 AM will be dispatched on the following working day.
- Orders placed on Sundays or Pakistan’s National Holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time within Pakistan is 4 to 7 working days.
Please note:
- Deliveries are not made on Sundays.
- During busy shopping seasons, public holidays, or mega sale events, delivery may take up to 7 working days or more.
Delivery Address
Orders will be delivered to the home or office address provided at checkout.
Please note:
- We do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses.
- All deliveries require a signature upon receipt.
- Our courier partners may attempt delivery at least twice before returning the parcel.
International Shipping
Zareen Collection proudly offers worldwide shipping.
International Delivery Time
Estimated international delivery time is 7 to 12 working days, excluding:
- Local or international public holidays
- Customs clearance delays
- Unexpected courier disruptions
Delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination country.
International Shipping Charges
Shipping costs for international orders are calculated based on the total weight of the parcel.
The exact shipping fee will automatically appear at checkout before payment confirmation.
Customs Duties & Taxes
For international orders, customers are responsible for:
- Customs duties
- Import taxes
- Clearance charges
- Any additional local government fees
These charges are not included in the product or shipping price and must be paid by the customer according to the laws of the destination country.
